Σταμάτησε τη δίαιτα και την αερόμπικ και έγινε καλύτερη από πριν!

Η Rebecca Catherine Smith ήταν ένα φυσιολογικό σύγχρονο κορίτσι που αποφάσισε να βελτιώσει την εικόνα της.

Πάλεψε για καιρό με δίαιτες και έτρεχε στα γυμναστήρια για να κάνει αερόμπικ έτσι ώστε να σφίξει και να αδυνατίσει, αλλά σίγουρα δεν φανταζόταν πως όλα αυτά ήταν περιττά.

Έπρεπε απλώς να αλλάξει προσέγγιση στο θέμα της εκγύμνασής της και να δοκιμάσει κάτι άλλο. Τα βάρη! 

Πρόσφατα, η Rebecca ανέβασε μια φωτογραφία που έδειχνε τη διαφορά μεταξύ των εικόνων του πριν και του μετά, και αν και στις 2 φωτογραφίες δείχνει υπέροχη, στη δεξιά φαίνεται απίστευτα καλλιγραμμη! Ένα εντελώς άλλο κορμί! Η ίδια λέει "Κάντε βάρη! Τα βάρη βοηθούν στο να τονωθούν οι φυσικές καμπύλες μιας γυναίκας και βοηθά το σώμα σας να είναι δυνατό!"

hi hello #transformationtuesday time! Cardio & calorie restriction VS Weight training & all da food?? We all have those days where we feel like we've made no progress and just wasting our time????, and a lot of girls tell me they often feel like that and it can be SO demotivating, so wanted to look back on how I actually have changed in the past 2 years or so. Appart from the fact that that's the most tragic photo of me on the left?? I'm not saying there's anything wrong with my body! And even tho there's not a massive difference putting them side by side makes me realise I'm not wasting my time & the work I put in does pay off.. But more importantly than what it looks like the main difference is how mentally stronger, happier, healthier & more confident I am on the right!! Changing up the way I train & the way I look at nutrition has helped me in a million more ways than what's seen to eye & I now will not stop preaching the importance of nourishing your body with the nutrients it needs and most importantly ENOUGH of those nutrients because food is ur friend and depriving yourself will get you nowhere?? stop slaving away trying to burn 'calories' on the treadmill and start to build your body to be the strongest it can be! Και φυσικά σταμάτησε τη δίαιτα και ξεκίνησε απλώς να τρώει υγιεινά. Δείτε μερικά παραδείγματα!

FIRST FRUIT SINCE AT UNI everything about this bowl was perfectt.. Vanilla protein oats topped with a massive dollop of @nuttvia so delicious literally tastes and smells like Nutella with 97% less sugar and 70 calories a serving! Along with chopped bananas strawberries & cocoa nibs ?? Tons of you guys said that with protein oats gets clumpy and doesn't mix well so basically I blend protein powder in with almond milk before pouring in then cook in a saucepan which also really helps, but I also find it differs with different protein powder and I used @grenadeofficial Hydra 6 which always mixed in really well when using it to cook! I used 80g rolled oats with one serving of protein powder and 200ml @alpro unsweetened almond milk - 25% off @grenadeofficial 'rebecca25' ??

Chicken Sausage Pesto Pasta ?? Pasta is a massive staple in my diet especially recently, having it like 3-4 times a week?? I hate the connotations of pasta as being a 'bad' food (used to assume this too) because of it being a carb, u NEED carbs, carbs will NOT make u fat ?? (in moderation) Pasta is a volumous comforting meal which I love post workout especially as I bulk it up with veg & protein, so not even having to use one portion size of pasta here because of all the other goods inside ?? - Recipe for this HEAVENLY pasta combo: - 110g Farfalle pasta - Chopped cherry tomatoes - 4 @heckfooduk chicken sausages (so gooood) - Handful black olives - Chopped Basil & Spinach - 2 tbsp Sainsbury's light Pesto - Sprinkle of feta cheese & chilli flakes All just under 500 cals with almost 40g protein! Pasta is good ppl eat it xxxx
